This dress is perfect for any goth who loves PVC. The skirt is made up of different coloured panels and has a harness attached to it. The harness is made from elastic, PVC, a 2 inch O ring and a 1 inch D ring.
The top of the harness is a panel of PVC that ties around the neck with black ribbon and measures 12 inches long so should fit most neck sizes.
The skirt is made from black and white PVC and measures 18 inches in length It fastens at the back with a 6 inch invisible zip for a neat finish.
